My Counselling Focus
A healthy person has loving relationships not only with others but also themselves. This is often difficult and it is during these times where I hope to be of help. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, as well as other modalities to provide an integrated approach tailored to your needs and goals. I also use a variety of art and writing activities to help you explore ideas and beliefs about yourself and others. Your story and your needs will navigate our relationship.
